I'M CANCELING THE EXPERIMENT!\nThe first prototype I designed, aimed at fixing issues stemming from incorrectly assembled Wade's extruders, has failed miserably.\nI'm including it here simply as a historical reference point.\nA few iterations were printed, but this particular design hasn't been thoroughly tested yet.\nThe design is based on precise measurements from previous prints. You Will Need: 2mm Drill Bit Pederstool drill or a way to keep your drill perfectly perpendicular. Counter sink tool or a large drill bit for finishing the entry hole. To address the issue with filament sliding off bolts due to minor unbalanced tension in bearings, I've developed this simple gadget. It's meant to be fitted between the tensioning bolts on a Wade's extruder, accounting for 5mm springs over the bolts as well.\nThis will ensure the filament stays on track and makes loading a bit easier too. Note: This requires a drill out using a 2mm drill bit for 1.75mm filament, 3.25 or 3.5mm drill bit for 3mm filament.
