Filament Guide for Monoprice Ultimate / Wanhao D6 Spool Holder, Top-Mounted

I'm going to try out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1664313, I still like the spool holder, but when printing large circles, the filament tends to pop off the side of the spool. Since I'll be doing a lot of ABS printing in the future, I need something that will allow for a top enclosure. I was having trouble with the filament popping out from the sides and getting stuck under the spool, so I decided to add a filament guide that clamps onto the dovetail rail of elenaut's "Option2". The WIP warning is because the two parts are still too tight of a fit and tend to break slightly during assembly. A drop of glue wasn't even necessary for me.
