I've tweaked "Filament guide for MK8 extruder" by jruutiai to give the spring a bigger hole & stretched out the guide a bit further. I've also created more space in there for a beefier (10mm) bearing that works perfectly with the drive gear that came with my 3D Printer's MK8 1.75m extruder setup.
