I'm excited to share that not many accessories or parts are available for the KP3, so I make sure to post any custom creations I come up with for mine so others can benefit from them as well. After installing birdmun's TronXY X1 Spoolholder on my Kingroon KP3, I decided it would be a great idea to smooth out the path of the filament. This upgrade is relatively easy and makes a big difference in print quality. Robathome created an awesome design for the Ender 3 filament setup that includes options like bearing races or printed rollers, but it needed some modifications to work with the KP3. The design was a great starting point, but I had to make some adjustments to fit my printer's unique features. The KP3 has a built-in filament detector and a different rear Z assembly plate than the CR10 or Ender 3, so I had to redesign the arm to accommodate these differences. Luckily, the rest of the parts are readily available from robathome's post. While the mesh isn't perfectly smooth (I threw it together in Tinkercad), it still does an excellent job of guiding the filament. The design fits my printer with a snug friction fit, but your mileage may vary depending on your specific setup.
