This filament guide has improved my print consistency significantly. Initially, without this guide, I experienced multiple instances where stiff PETG filament became detached from the spool and formed a knot around the frame. Furthermore, I experimented with several well-known spool holder/filament guides, yet occasionally there was too much friction when pulling the filament, causing the nozzle to lift slightly and resulting in poor adhesion. Fortunately, this guide has successfully addressed both issues for my HICTOP printer. I printed this part using PLA, a layer height of 0.3mm, and an infill of 20%. To ensure proper results, make sure to flip the part upside down before slicing/printing. How I Created This Designed with Inspiration in Motion.
