I recommend printing the file "1 Filament Guide Acc 1 v1.stl" with 0.1 resolution, 100% Infill, and a print speed of 25 mm/sec. For all other parts, use 0.2 resolution, 30 mm/sec print speed, and 20% Infill. Slicer settings like temperature depend on the material you're using. Update: June 22, 2020 I was designing a Z rod holder (available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4493376 ) when I discovered that an old bearing from my Ender 3 Pro's wheel fits perfectly in this filament guide as well. The bearing is an 625 ZZ if you want to buy it, or you can reuse an old wheel like I did. If you've already downloaded the files before this update but want the bearing version, download "Bearing axle v2.stl" and "Bearing Wheel 2pcs.stl" or "Bearing Wheel One Piece.stl". If you haven't downloaded anything yet and want the bearing version, get all those files plus "0 Filament Guide 0". I designed the bearing axle and wheel for a tight fit. The bearing wheel comes in two versions: one piece (with supports) or two pieces (no supports). Both work fine, but I prefer the one-piece wheel. Removing supports can be tricky, and sanding is needed for a smooth finish. Few tips: 1. If you already have this fitted on your printer and want to upgrade to the bearing wheel, remove the filament guide first. 2. To mount the plastic wheel on the bearing, keep it at room temperature and place the printed wheel on a heated bed at 70 degrees for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Then press the bearing into the wheel on a hard surface. 3. To attach the wheel to the support, keep the bearing axle cool and place both on a heated bed at 70 degrees for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Press it firmly through the support and wheel; it should work easily, but you can use a small hammer if needed. Print all small parts slowly with 100% infill.
