A modification of the central piece of the original model found at this link below: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2427961 The modification consists in dividing the piece into two interlocking parts with an internal notch for placing a custom-made disc of sponge or any other material you prefer to use as a filter. The other two parts are the same as those in the original model found at the link above. In one of the photos, you can see where I drilled to center it roughly on the extruder. However, if you decide to position it elsewhere, it makes no difference. You will just need a 57 mm jigsaw anyway.
