I tweaked this design slightly to make room for a 608 bearing. The holes are specifically designed for an M5 screw. You'll need to print a bushing to position the center of the 608 bearing on top of the screw - it needs to be 5.25mm in diameter, 8mm wide, and 7.5mm long.
