I've found that the Extruder guide filament - Ender 3 by seba-neira works well for standard Ender 3 models, but I had some issues getting it to fit on my Ender 3 Pro. To fix this problem, I adjusted the guide a bit to get it to work with my printer. To attach the guide, you'll need to use the bolts that hold the z-axis rod in place. Be careful not to overtighten these bolts, as they have four lock washers - two on top and visible, which should be placed in their designated spots in the model, and another two hidden between the extruder plate and the z-axis nut/guide. If you tighten them too much, it can cause the z-screw rod to stop rotating.
