I designed a filament guide for the Creality CR-10S Pro that prevents filament particles from scraping off at the edge of the hole in the filament runout sensor and reduces friction overall. It's also necessary for printing flexibles with the stock spool holder, and it doesn't cover up the blue LED on the Sensor. Print this guide with support, then clip it onto the filament runout sensor after removing the support - you'll be good to go. Edit: I printed my clip in PLA, but it loses tension over time, so use PETG or similar materials that keep tension better.
