My primary objective is to minimize obstruction as the filament feeds into my upgraded, fixed filament sensor at a perfectly vertical angle. To achieve this, I designed a custom filament guide that securely holds a standard 608 ball bearing in place. The bearing cover from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2408490/files was carefully mounted on top of the bearing. Fortunately, the Anycubic's holes can be utilized for mounting purposes, provided that longer screws are employed to secure it firmly in place.
