Filament Guide and runout sensor

Filament Guide and runout sensor

I chose to relocate the runout sensor on my printer to the end of the filament arm. Initially, I had positioned it close to the extruder but this made filament changes more complicated. Moving the sensor further down has resulted in a bit more wasted filament, but it's now much easier to manage. The sensor itself is a standard component that I obtained from Amazon as part of a pack of five (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CS82B8K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1). UPDATE: I've added a revised version that allows you to insert a piece of tubing into the ends for improved filament guidance. This project was designed using Tinkercad.
