2020/3030 Filament Dust Filter This innovative design, crafted by Moederbeer, offers a solution to the common problem of lost filament dust filters. What is it? I encountered frustration with my filament dust filter constantly going missing, so I devised this device to securely attach to a 2020 or 3030 extrusion. Within its interior, an M4 nut provides space for a snug fit. To assemble, simply reduce the diameter of your PTFE tube using a knife and screw it into the nut, ensuring the filament flows unobstructed through the holder. Once complete, attach the cap securely in place. Two versions are available: one with 0.15mm tolerance between the hinge and another with 0.25mm clearance. What do you need? Version 1: * 2 x 10mm M3 screws * Nyloc nuts * 1 x 8mm M5 screw with T-slot nut * 1 x M4 nut Version 2: * M6 pneumatic coupler * 1 x 8mm M5 screw with T-slot nut
