filament filter and oiler with fill hole

I added a hole to Vincent3D's remixed filament oiler because I'm lazy, and this will make adding more oil much easier. Simply print one of my files and the other half from Vincent3D's release; the files have corresponding filenames. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2349995 From my files and the ones supplied by Vincent3D, simply print 1 of each part 1 and 2; this way you'll only have 1 fill hole.
