This is a filament extruder feeder gauge. The digital Nogis is attached to the extuder and handpiece, while the other one holds the filament in place for checking the actual extrusion rate versus the set rate of the extruder. Six M3x15L screws and nuts are used. The coupler is PC4-M5.
