Filament extrusion test

I've included the calibration cube with no infill or top, ensuring the walls align perfectly with what you have set up in your slicer. This is a Step Extrusion Multiplier Test printed from 4mm to 10mm. To accurately measure this test, you'll need some calipers - having two would provide an even more precise reading. The cubes rest on a 2mm base, giving you a good indication of the first layer squish. To determine the extrusion multiplier required, carefully measure each step. This will help you figure out what adjustment needs to be made. To work out the multiplier, use this simple formula: divide the measurement it's supposed to be by the actual measurement reading. For example, 3 divided by 2.62 equals 1.14503186 or roughly 1.15 with a margin of error.
