<p>For an upcoming project I needed a way of extruding a bit of filament and then releasing it to be able to pass freely. A servo pushes the filament against the extruder wheel and then releases it again when enough filament has passed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Printed parts needed to make this</h4><figure class="table"><table style="border:0px solid #F5F5F5;"><tbody><tr><td style="border:0px solid #F5F5F5;"><ol><li>Base</li><li>BearingHolderA</li><li>BearingHolderB</li><li>BearingHolderC</li><li>NozzleHolderX2</li><li>ServoSpacerX2 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ol></td><td style="border:0px solid #F5F5F5;"><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/282086/rich_content/8f4bd213-f3ca-4675-b11e-6ff0d3a5a710/sheet1-1.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22974478fa-ae8d-4666-90fb-17622373d49d%22%2C%22w%22%3A2078%2C%22h%22%3A2284%7D"></figure></td></tr></tbody></table></figure><h4>Other parts needed</h4><ul><li>2 x Hex nut DIN 934 M3</li><li>4 x Lock nut DIN 985 M3</li><li>2 x Square nut DIN 562</li><li>4 x Screw DIN 912 6 mm M3</li><li>1 x Screw DIN 912 8 mm M3</li><li>2 x Screw DIN 912 10 mm M3</li><li>4 x Screw DIN 912 14 mm M3</li><li>1 x Screw DIN 912 18 mm M3</li><li>1 x Bearing 608-2Z</li><li>2 x PC4-M10</li><li>1 x Stepper Motor</li><li>1 x Servo</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>Assembly instructions</h4><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/282086/rich_content/b963f5b8-3dc8-4935-a3b2-ac2b3d37df05/img_5647.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%221b0660e5-1fd8-4739-a51c-b15ce7dbc79a%22%2C%22w%22%3A1920%2C%22h%22%3A1920%7D"></figure></td><td><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/282086/rich_content/baf19fe7-4272-4d09-baa2-ae46630b5372/img_5649.jpg#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%226982f026-d95c-4e87-a649-034c712b768c%22%2C%22w%22%3A1920%2C%22h%22%3A1920%7D"></figure></td><td>Start by mounting the stepper motor to the base using four 6 mm screws.
