Filament Dust Filter

I'm designing a new dust filter specifically for 1.75 filament prints. One thing I don't like about printing hinges in place is that it adds unnecessary bulk to the hinge itself. Instead, I'm using simple pins cut to precise length. To prepare the holes for the hinge pin, some cleaning with a 1mm drill is necessary. I used a pin vice and proceeded slowly to avoid melting the plastic. There's one blind hole in this design - the pin needs to be pushed in firmly without glue.
