Modification of the LIVOO DOM202 dryer for 3D filament bobbins Ø 300 mm maximum. Printing in PETG or ABS (no PLA). 9 elements to be printed : 4 low parts, 2 male tops, 2 high female parts, 1 coil holder. 8 covers of A4 PVC binders (the heaviest weight), dimensions : 4 × 210×235, 4 × 210×243. Screws: 12 M3×12 CHC screws, 12 M3 nuts, 24 M3 washers. Mounting : Assemble the 4 lower parts without screwing them together. Insert the 8 covers of the cross-cut bindings. Screw them in using 4 M3 bolts with washers (pre-drill the PVC covers). Insert the 2 male tops. Insert the 2 upper female parts. Screw the assembly together using the 8 M3 bolts with washers (pre-drill the PVC covers). Install the Coil Holder at the bottom of the dryer. Drying the filaments : PLA: 45°C for 4 hours ABS: 60°C for 2 hours PETG: 65°C for 2 hours Nylon: 70°C for 12 hours PVA: 45°C for 10 hours TPU: 50°C for 4 hours TPE: 50°C for 4 hours ASA: 60°C for 4 hours PP: 55°C for 6 hours HIPS: 60°C for 4 hours Desiccant: 65°C for 3 hours
