Filament dryers are essentially identical to $35 food dehydrators, marked up by 300%. This reality becomes apparent after conducting further research. Why pay over $100 for a modified food dehydrator that costs only $35 and is designed to hold a spool of filament? I purchased a Westinghouse food dehydrator on Amazon for $38.97. Instead of cutting the trays it came with, I decided to create a ring segment for drying filament. The OpenSCAD file is attached; modify the parameters according to your food dehydrator's specifications (although they all appear to be similar in size, likely manufactured by the same Chinese factory). Print six copies and use suitable adhesive for your material to attach the segments together using the tabs provided. I'm printing with clear ABS and using an ABS slurry as glue. The attached STL file is designed for a food dehydrator with a 320mm diameter (12.6").
