Filament Dryboxes with sensors and LCD display
thingiverse
I built this project to shield filaments from humidity while loaded into a Prusa MMU2. Here are more project details: https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/auwq2w/my_somewhat_overengineered_mmu2_setup_with/. The STL models available are: * Filament rollers: print two of "full-v3.stl" to get a roller in one color. Alternatively, you can print two each of side-v3.stl, bearingCap-v3.stl and washer.stl in separate colors. Labels can be added by printing labels-v3-mmu-black.stl and labels-v3-mmu-orange.stl together as an MMU print. * Feeder to pass a PTFE tube through the top of the drybox: print one each of feeder_top.stl and feeder_bottom.stl. * Dehumidifier stand: this is to hold the mini-dehumidifier inside the drybox, one for each drybox. * Top guide: This is the thing on top that holds the PTFE that is connected to the MMU2. To build this project, you will need: * One Snapware Airtight 40-cup Rectangular Food Storage Container per drybox * One DHT22 sensor per drybox * One dehumidifier per drybox * Raspberry Pi 3B+ * 20x4 I2C LCD module * WS2812b LED strip * Arduino Nano The software for this project is available at: * Code to read sensors, log data, and serve chart data: https://github.com/ppamidimarri/drybox * OctoPrint plugin: https://github.com/ppamidimarri/OctoPrint-Drybox
With this file you will be able to print Filament Dryboxes with sensors and LCD display with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Filament Dryboxes with sensors and LCD display.
