<p>A Filament-Drybox with 2 variants of the upperpart (round and angular)</p><p>Use 3mm EPDM-Roundseal and glue it in the groove on the basepart and the upperpart.<br><a href="https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B077N3TV5P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1">https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B077N3TV5P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;th=1</a></p><p>For the window i used 3mm thick glass, but acrylic-glass is also useable. Glue it airtight in the basepart.</p><p>For the hinge and the latch use 2 peaces M4 rod with M4 selflocking Nuts, M3/14 srews and M3 nuts.</p><p>Hole for M10 Bowdencuppler ist very thigt in the dimension, evetually you must bore ist a little bit up.</p><p>The rolls and the base ist designed for 6001-2RS 12 × 28 × 8 mm / 0,47 × 1,1 × 0,31 Zoll bearings.<br><a href="https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07VBMZ82S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1">https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B07VBMZ82S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1</a></p><p>I added 2 stashes for sachet of silica gel in the base and a stash in the angular variant of the upper.</p><p>I designed in DesingSparc mechanical</p><p>UPDATE V10.1: rounded edges of the sealgroove (pictures are the old ones) and added an magnetic PTFE-Tubecoupler ( remix from <a href="https://www.printables.com/de/model/145843-magnetic-pfte-coupler-end-for-dry-box">https://www.printables.com/de/model/145843-magnetic-pfte-coupler-end-for-dry-box</a> )</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>3D PRINTING SETTINGS</strong></p><p>Layerheight 0,3mm, 3 shells (with 0.4 nozzle), 60mm/s, 5 - 10% Infill,</p><p>Use brim and additonal "brimtaps" on the corners to avoid warping.</p><p>Base and Upper with PLA 215/60 degrees centigrade, supports only at the window and at the latchnose.</p><p>Hinge, Rolls and Latch, PETG 225/70 degrees centigrade, with supports.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
