To assemble this handle, you'll need about 39 cm of 1-1/2" Schedule 40 PVC pipe. I purchased 10 feet and cut it into manageable lengths. Utilizing the handle as a guide ensures accurate angle adjustments. Due to their thin profile, handling these pipes requires some care to avoid any difficulties. This innovative design allows for effortless lowering or raising of entire spools containing 4-6 spools at once. Ample space is available below for loose desiccant storage. Be sure the spools don't protrude from the sides, as they can cause friction between each other; however, with awareness of this potential issue, it shouldn't pose a significant problem. A thin layer will effectively shield the bottom of the charts from humidity for 6+ months. This raises a question: could exposure to desiccant be the cause? Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
