Parts List Printed Parts 2 x Spool Holder P1 2 x Spool Holder P2 2 x Side Mount 4 x Spacer 2 x Filament Breach Optional Printed Parts Spool Holder Extender (if spools need extra space for holders to fit) Hardware Sterilite 54 Qt Air Tight Storage Tote 4 x 6203 Bearings 8 x M3x12 bolts 8 x M3 nuts 2 x Zip Ties 2 x 2M PTFE Teflon Tube Approx. 12" of 1/2" conduit Desiccant (such as silica gel or a rechargeable silica pack) Tools Screwdriver or allen wrench that fits your screws Drill Drill Bits Hot Glue Gun Instructions Print all necessary parts Hold spool up to side of inside box where it will be positioned and mark center on outside of box Measure distance from bottom and front to mark, replicate mark on other side of box Secure side mounts in place with hot glue centered on marks Drill holes through bolt holes on side mounts Add bolts and nuts to secure side mounts Cut conduit to length if necessary to fit in side mounts Place spool in position, determine where filament breaches will go, mark end of tote for breaches Drill center hole for filament breach (3/8" for 1.75mm breach) Hot glue filament breaches in place Drill holes through bolt holes on filament breaches Add nuts and bolts to secure filament breaches Optionally add more hot glue around edge of breach for extra seal Insert Teflon tube into breaches, secure each end with zip tie Assemble filament spool holders by placing bearing in each piece Place filament spools on rod using spacers (one on each side), optionally secure spacers with M3 nut and bolt set screw Feed filament through tube up into printer Add desiccant to box to keep filament dry.
