Filament dehydrator lid handle
thingiverse
A lid handle for a model of food dehydrator available from E-bay, Amazon.com, and the like can be easily hacked to dry filament spools as described in this video: DIY 3D Printing Filament Dryer for Under $40 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q46MARHhxAQ The polycarbonate lid of this dehydrator has a recessed handle that slips very easily, making an external one a good idea. The base of the handle has two 7mm deep, 2.4mm diameter holes on its bottom that can be tapped as M3 x 0.5 or used with two self-tapping screws. To create this hack, you need to print one handle, one base, and two plugs.
