Details from original part:DescriptionFilament Cutter - 45 DegreesThis filament cutter cuts filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm at a 45 degree angle. The 3D model of the cutter was created with Fusion 360. Printing time is less than 50 minutes and assembly takes 1-2 minutes. For the assembly of the M3 version with nuts, the following materials are needed:2x M3 cylinder head screws (length: approx. 4 mm)2x M3 hexagon nuts2x M3 washer (outer diameter: 6.5-7 mm - can be changed in the *.m3f file, details below)Snap blade (blade width: 9 mm, 3 parts/segments)For the assembly of the M3 version without nuts, the following materials are needed:2x M3 cylinder head screws (length: approx. 4 mm)2x M3 washer (outer diameter: 6.5-7 mm - can be changed in the *.m3f file, details below)Snap blade (blade width: 9 mm, 3 parts/segments)For more detailed assembly instructions and details please visit the original part by PhilippHee and give it a like! How to use the Parametric Washer Size (In PrusaSlicer)The original part had an M3 version without the washers, which caused me issues in aligning the knife blade properly as while tightening the screwhead's rotation would pull and push the blade on the contact point (forgive me for the beaten blade, I've been using this part for a while):In the attached .3mf file I added negative cylinder volumes centered around the screw holes:To adjust the cutout size for a different size of washer, select the Generic-Cylinder modifier objects under the object. Then, right below the list of objects you will find the sizing and position parameters for these objects. To change the size of the washer you use - change the X and Y values of the Size parameterDo not change the position (they are centered above the screw hole and flush with the surface the washer is supposed to rest on).  Once you slice the project, the cylinder objects will remove all parts of the object overlapping it, enlarging the hole to fit a larger washer!
