Filament-Cutter for Bondtech LGX-Lite

<h3>Yet another Filament-Cutter variant</h3><p>This time it's meant to fit the Bondtech LGX-Lite extruder.</p><p>If you're new to this whole Filament-Cutter-Thing and you'd like to know more about this topic, <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/the-smuff/faq/do-i-need-a-filament-cutter">here's a write up </a>of what this is all about.</p><p>Just as the other models in my Filament-Cutter collection, such as for the <a href="https://www.printables.com/de/model/194734-smuff-dde-orbiter-mount-with-integrated-filament-c">Orbiter 1.5</a>, this is a remodeled version of the <a href="https://www.printables.com/de/model/197564-filament-cutter-base-module">Filament-Cutter-Base-Modul</a>. I made this model a bit smaller than it is in the Base-Module.</p><p>Please notice that in contrast to the other models I've published, this one is not meant for a specific 3D printer, it's more like to be used as a template. Although, the only thing you'll need is a decent mount for your printer and your hotend.&nbsp;</p><p>The STEP file is included, so you're able to adopt this design to your specific needs but also to examine which part goes where.</p><h3><strong>BOM</strong></h3><p>To build this you'll need:</p><ul><li>an LGX-Lite extruder</li><li>a M3 x 25 mm bolt for the servo mount</li><li>a M3 x 8 mm bolt for the servo horn&nbsp;</li><li>a couple of self tapping screws (2.2 x 6.5 mm, 2.2 x 9.5 mm, 2.9 x 6.5 mm) for the servo and the servo horn</li><li>a M6 fitting</li><li>a compression spring (5.5 x 20mm, 0.5-0.6 mm wire diameter)</li><li>a cutter blade</li><li>a standard size Servo (i.e. AMEWI)</li><li>a 14mm PTFE tube in between the cutters outlet and the LGX-Lite</li></ul><p>Print needs supports only on the dove-tail part on the Servo-Mount. Best printed with 0.2 mm layer height, 5 &nbsp;shells and high infill (i.e. 40%) to get strong parts.</p><p>As for the Cutter-Punch: Print this with 10-15 top layers to avoid premature wear.</p>
