Filament-Cutter Endstop

<p>I made this model as an addition for my Filament-Cutter. It serves as the second sensor while feeding filament (from the SMuFF for example) and there's no option to integrate such a sensor on the extruder itself (i.e. Bondtech LGX).</p><p>Hence this one sits above the cutter and therefor it's able to tell whether or not the filament has reached (or in this case almost reached) it's final position.</p><p>If will fit on models like the <a href="https://www.printables.com/de/model/197564-filament-cutter-base-module">Filament Cutter Base Module</a> or the <a href="https://www.printables.com/de/model/194735-smuff-dde-biqu-h2-mount-with-integrated-filament-c">Filament Cutter for BIQU H2</a> right away.</p><p>To make this little tool work, you need some additional components:</p><ul><li>an optical sensor</li><li>one 4 x 20 mm compression spring (usually from a ball point pen)</li><li>one 2 x 10 mm shaft</li><li>2 self tapping screws 2.9 x 6 mm (for the optical sensor)</li><li>2 self tapping screws 2.9 x 9 mm (to mount it to the Filament-Cutter)</li><li>one M6 fitting</li></ul><p>Both parts print without supports, 0.2 mm layer height and 20% infill.</p><p>If you need to modify this tool to be integrated elsewhere, the STEP file is included.</p>
