Filament Cutter bracket for PRUSA MK3

<p>This is a holder and waste basket for the Filament Cutter <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/67509-filament-cutter-45deg">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/67509-filament-cutter-45deg</a> designed by Pomi.</p><p>The idea was to design a simple holder and a waste basket for the excellent Filament Cutter which fits to the frame of the PRUSA MK3 (and maybe some further models…).</p><p>A convenient one-hand operation and simultaneously preventing the small pieces of filament flying around were mandatory requirements.</p><p>To make everything as simple as possible, I decided not to have a detachable waste bucket but having three different sizes of this bucket. The big one (120 mm) should be fine for years - otherwise cleaning is done in a few seconds by removing the entire holder…</p><p>The holder can be mounted either on the right or left side of the top of the frame. &nbsp;</p><p>Happy cutting!</p><p><strong>Additionally required parts (available in the PRUSA spare parts bag)</strong></p><p>1 x M3x16</p><p>1 x M3 hex nut</p><p><strong>Mounting</strong><br>Swap the inner M3x10 screw of the upper Z-axis holder by a M3x16.&nbsp;Now, the thread protrudes by approx. 6 mm and serves as the fixure stud.</p><p>Place the holder over this thread and fix it to the frame by means of the knob (available as a file for a M3 hex nut or a M3 insert) .</p><p><strong>Printing</strong><br>Print it with a layer height of 0,2 mm (PLA, PETG) upside down without any supports:</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.prusaprinters.org/media/prints/99070/rich_content/04779772-72a5-457b-8bf6-c6e2c4968bd3/grafik.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22da873322-ed30-4e26-ace1-ae3162bc46f3%22%2C%22w%22%3A767%2C%22h%22%3A719%7D"></figure>
