Filament Cutter 20° or 45° 1.75mm filament
thingiverse
This is a remix of the Zzjlamb model. It is made in compact, with smaller blades. There is a variant of 20 ° and 40 °. When I tested a large number of cutting angles, I came to the conclusion that 20 ° was the optimum angle. The cutting is between two blades. The second blade is perpendicular to the first and serves as a support and is implanted at the bottom. At the top part, the paper clip serves as a blade support. Parts required (apart from the printed plastic): An 9.5mm snap off utility knife blade section eg Stanley. M3 hex nut M3 screw 17mm paper clip 0,8mm After the 29th coat, the printer should be stopped on pause and the bottom blade is placed in the place for it. A part of a paper clip should be placed at the top.
