Filament cooling (30mm) fan duct and support bracket for Makibox

A compact 30mm fan duct for filament cooling and support is designed to attach seamlessly on the E3D-v6 mount of Makibox, available at https://www.youmagine.com/designs/mymaki-hotend-mount-for-e3d-v6-on-makibox. Although there may be some non-manifold issues that slic3r auto-corrects, Cura did not have any problems with it (it was used to slice these for printing). At the time of creation, Blender skills were even more limited than they are now; if I find the time, an improved version might be updated.
