Filament Cooler for Ender 3 Pro - Typhoon MK I

Single piece cooling bracket for the Ender 3 pro. Uses stock fans and holes on the X bracket - once printed, I used brass threaded inserts to mount the fans to the bracket (the axial fan only uses 3 screws and the 4th one would interfere with the mounting screw. Perfectly compatible with the stock Cr Touch probe bracket (assuming the same with BL-Touch) The idea is to optimize the cooling of the nozzle assembly by centering the axial fan (which in the stock design blows in the general direction of the heatsink) and allowing the radial fan split its flow evenly between left and right of the filament (so as to avoid colling only one side as with the stock design.) The bottom edge of the bracket is at 1 mm from the tip of the nozzle and doesn't interfere during printing (necessary to allow for the use of the rubber "hood" on the heatblock without restricting flow too early, otherwise could have left more clearance); air is directed at 0.4 mm below the tip of the nozzle, which provides improved cooling to the filament being laid down and the layer below. Air from the heatsink is exhausted off the sides (the right side has a bit more vent than the left). With this new cooling setup my Ender 3 Pro can now print PLA+ at 120 mm/s and PETG at 80 mm/s with the same quality I had before at 60 and 40 respectively. Obviously the speed also depends on other things like Klipper and linear rails, but all things being equal, the improved cooling brought me from heat-deformed prints, the good quality prints. The cable "clip" on the side can hold in place all the standard cables (heater, thermistor and the 2 fans). IMPORTANT - Print with tree supports and in upright position (the way you would mount it, with the fan ducts towards the build plate)
