Filament Clip (Universal)

<p>Most clips seem to be specific to a filament brand spool.<br>The ones I have seen, trap the filament between the clip and the spool.<br>As much as I love Prusament, this was the one that I had the most problems with.<br>When trying to insert the filament, it was hitting on the honeycomb pattern, stopping it from fully inserting.<br>So I decided that rather than trapping the filament between the clip and the spool, it should have its own hole to trap it.<br>This turned out to be much harder than expected because of tolerances. &nbsp;Different printers and different filaments have different tolerances.<br>The solution was to make the hole larger than the filament, but have it curved (I used a torus shape to cut the hole), so that it would fit easily but would bind when going through the curve. &nbsp;(See the cutaway image for reference.)<br>I have over 30 spools of different brands of filament (Prusament is still my favorite), and so far it works for all of them.</p>
