Human: No more tedious wrapping of loose filament around the reel. This handy clip provides a quick and easy way to secure your filament in place during storage. Simply clip it onto the spool edge and let go. The clip fits snugly over the 3.7mm square edge of most reels, with an extra bonus for those with a 1mm indent step 8mm from the edge - like Aurarum filament brand. Other brands will also work well, thanks to their unique designs. You can leave the clip in place while printing without any hassle, as it's only 10mm high and won't get in the way. The angled design keeps it safe from snagging with the spooling filament, making it easy to remove when you need to. I've printed this clip in both PLA and PETG, and I'm happy to report that it holds up well in both materials. However, it seems to flex a bit better when printed in PETG. My print is made from Aurarum white filament on my trusty PRUSA I3 MK3S printer with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill. I hope you find this clip as useful as I do!
