Filament clip - mini curved Version 2 IMPROVED!

I use the first version myself on all of my filament reels and they work well, except that I have a couple of filament reels with very thick rims that sometimes break the clip by spreading it too much. This new version fixes that problem and has some additional improvements :</p><ul><li>slightly bigger clip diameter to accommodate reels with thick rims</li><li>springier "double spring" construction - more flexible</li><li>chamfered filament hole to prevent clogging due to "elephant's foot"</li><li>slightly larger filament hole to make it easier to insert the filament</li><li>slightly smaller curved length - improves "springiness" and slightly reduces print time and filament usage</li><li>built in removable brim to simplify printing</li></ul><p>If you are using my previous design clips there is no need to replace them - just keep using them and if you need more make them with the new design.</p><p>The OnShape 3D CAD files for this are here :</p><p><a href="https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ef9efdbfeb66be493ae66ab3/w/17f5f483d6fe4faa11029354/e/952b9d42d1efda3a8ac965a4">https://cad.onshape.com/documents/ef9efdbfeb66be493ae66ab3/w/17f5f483d6fe4faa11029354/e/952b9d42d1efda3a8ac965a4</a></p><h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print in PLA using the provided 3mf file; otherwise :</p><ul><li>use concentric bottom fill</li></ul><p>do NOT use a brim*</p><p>The model file includes a built in customized brim to aid in printing the clip.
