I've tried virtually every filament clip available, none of which provided sufficient holding power for my filament. Luckily, I received an identical clip with a spool of filament that worked remarkably well, so I attempted to replicate its primary features - those essential attributes necessary to securely hold 1.75 mm filament against the edge of the spool. *** UPDATE *** I've added the "SmallFilamentClip.stl" file, which is essentially the same clip but with a smaller opening designed specifically to grip securely onto spools with thinner sidewalls. You can also heat up the corner of the clip using a lighter and bend it into place, thereby creating an even tighter clamp on the filament spool.
