You can use this clip to store your filament spool and keep it from unwinding on its own. Instead of clipping the filament to the spool itself, this clip is attached directly to the filament. This makes it possible to use it with any type of spool you have. The clip was originally designed for 3mm filament, but it's incredibly easy to use. Depending on the exact diameter of your filament, the clip will fit snugly over the end or can be placed as a cap. This versatile clip can also work well with other diameters of filament - simply scale up the design in Cura or another slicing software you're using. Alternatively, download and use the 175-v1 version of the clip, which is specifically tailored for 1.75mm filament. Update: We've made some changes to the STL file to improve its functionality. The default orientation has been adjusted, and we've also increased the resolution to provide a clearer print. For users working with 1.75mm filament, we've created an updated clip design, available for download as the clip175-v1.STL.
