Filament Cleaner Upgrade

I combined two filament cleaners from thingiverse: 2436599 and 1747079. CarstenD's design, which features a screw-on cap to secure the sponge, impressed me greatly. However, I was hesitant to modify or purchase new hardware - specifically bolts - to attach it properly. To resolve this issue, I decided to merge CarstenD's cleaner with a screw-on cap and LynchMob_Lerry's attachment method.
