Filament cleaner - C-clamp closing

I reworked the closing latch because the original wasn't doing its job - it was letting go too easily. When I applied heat and bent it to make it hold tighter, it would inevitably break after only a few uses. So, I upgraded this design by adding a C-clamp closure instead. It's super simple, doesn't snap in two like its predecessor, and does a great job of keeping everything shut tight.
