Filament cleaner to remove dust from the filament while printing. Lid is press fit. Mounting is done with two 3mm screws and T-nuts. Optional 4mm outer diameter Bowden Tube fits top and bottom holes. If you mount the Filament Cleaner below the Extruder (Ender5 Ender5 Pro or similar), then use the spacer to align the filament with the extruder hole. I am using a 3mm metal bracket to keep the extruder gear from pressing too hard against soft filaments like SBS. In this case mount the Filament Cleaner without the spacer. Cut two strips of roughly 47mm microfiber cloth. Fold the first strip over on itself to make four layers. (Depending on thickness of cloth used.) Place the folded first strip into the holder. Feed the filament through the holder. Fold the second strip over on itself to make three layers. (Depending on thickness of cloth used.) Place the folded second strip into the holder. Close the lid. The microfiber cloth can be stitched to make two 'pillows'. Other materials like sponge should also work.
