Filament cleaner

There doesn't seem to be a need for another filament cleaner. In my opinion, that's unlikely, though I'll provide my take on this anyway. I also designed a holder to securely attach the cleaner to the printer, and you can easily detach and reattach its components as needed. This setup works seamlessly with 0.2mm layer heights, but I've found it performs even better at 0.1mm settings.
