Designed with a focus on simplicity, I wanted to create a single-piece filament cleaner for my Prusa Lack Table that allows for easy sponge replacement. This way, I can swap out the interior sponge whenever needed. Fitting seamlessly over the top-mounted filament guide provided for the Prusa Lack Table Enclosure, this design ensures the filament is thoroughly clean before entering the extruder. The sponge plays a crucial role in achieving this cleanliness. Crafted in Solidworks with assembly-free printing in mind, this small box swings open on a hinge, making it easy to access and replace the interior sponge without the need for multiple printed parts.
