Update 8-25-18: Enhanced Tower Test R3: Conducted a series of tests with samples ranging from 1 to 10 in height, incorporating tweaks to amplify flaws during the string and overheat testing phases, as well as the overhang test. Linked is a Google Sheet designed for tracking and organizing testing data: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cC3hrsXs50p7KFKo8Mg4V8hZCGStOYU4bkovUAeee_Q/edit?usp=sharing To achieve optimal results, follow these steps: 1. Utilize the Flow % to solidify the top surface. 2. Employ the Temperature Tower to determine conservative speeds yielding the best outcomes. 3. Use the Temperature Tower to identify the fastest speed at the most favorable temperature. 4. Conduct the Retraction Test to eliminate string entanglements. I have successfully used this method over the past week to fine-tune less conventional filaments. Share your experiences and provide feedback on how to refine the process further.
