Filament Box Wall Bracket

I designed this bracket to securely hold my filament with ease and efficiency. Print two identical brackets - one left and one right. To achieve this, use your slicer's mirror function to replicate the first bracket. Use a sturdy 1" wooden dowel from your local hardware store. I recommend choosing one that is approximately 36" long at most. At 36", you can store about 12 boxes of filament or even more spools without boxes. Mount the brackets to your wall using suitable screws and anchors via the keyhole slots on the back. Attach each bracket to a dowel with a screw. To print, lay the brackets flat on their side with flush details. Avoid supports, opting for an outer wall thickness of at least 2mm for added strength. If you find that your printed brackets can't hold the weight of all your spools, consider strengthening them by adding more fill and thicker walls. Mine has been securely holding 12 mostly full boxes of filament for several years. With just a single 6-foot dowel, I created two shelves to store 24 boxes of filament in an impressively small space.
