Filament box kit
thingiverse
This protective box shields your filament from dust and humidity. Two types of caps are available for use, but I highly recommend opting for the "4_out_cap_with_tube.stl" variant over "4_out_cap.stl", as it necessitates a PTFE tube - a component also used in Bowden configurations - which significantly enhances performance. The filament feeder can be placed anywhere without experiencing jamming issues. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Anet A6 Prusa Rafts: Irrelevant Supports: No Resolution: 0.5 Infill: 15% Notes: "4_out_cap_with_tube.stl" is designed for simplified printing, so you'll need to assemble the parts by applying ABS glue. Post-Printing: Assembly Scheme. All STL files commence with a corresponding number, as depicted on the assembly diagram. Requires: Spool holder - any model will suffice; I employed Thing:1633567 Bolts and nuts - M3 nuts and bolts, alongside M8 nuts PTFE tube - essential for "4_out_cap_with_tube.stl" selection, requiring approximately 10-15 cm of material per cap.
