The robot is crafted in FILAFLEX GOLD, Witbox. The extruder has been tweaked slightly, thanks to a hack found at http://www.thingiverse.com/groups/hacking-witbox/things. A remarkable achievement is that there's only one failed layer out of the bunch. As for the design, it all started with a concept back in 1999-2000, and over the next 15 years, I managed to craft approximately 3000 foam pieces. The current robot was designed using Blender. When it comes to printing with FILAFLEX soft pasta, be aware that some extruders may struggle. Remember, out of 10,000 3D Hubs printers, only a select few are capable of producing this particular item. The fact is, you're part of an exclusive group that can call itself successful.
