Filaflex feeder for Tevo Black Widow

Printing flexible filament (60A in my case) with a BW is nearly impossible. I designed this part to help a straight guiding. It works for me at a speed of 18mm/s, 0.3 layer heigh, just a bit of tension with the bearing and the same on the third screw at the top. I use an e3d v6 and it's not the best. I recently changed the heat break for a stock one (it was a custom made before and it has served too much :)). it doesn't work anymore. So the heat break can be the second cause of the issue. The filament is way too hot before the nozzle.. To be continue... Update: I added some teflon tape on the tread in the heat block and some thermal past for the one in the sink. It works perfect now with the Filaflex 60A at 22 mm/s, i'll test faster ! hope it will help somenone.
