FiiO X5 II belt case
thingiverse
This is the BETA version of the case with belt clip for FiiO X5 II audio player. TO DO: Rework cap now, it requires some post-processing work. Rework belt clip, it was taken from another project so it's not perfect for this one and may be too big, causing damage to a belt by rubbing. Design improvements like adding the FiiO logo on the cap are needed. Try using FLEX filament, it might be better than PLA for this case. If you want to make changes, use Tinkercad: https://tinkercad.com/things/audgOUKqCnx I'd appreciate any comments. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Hephestos Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1-0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: The case is normally printed in PLA with medium speed, I recommend not using a brim unless it's necessary for your printer. It's better to print the case vertically as in my model. I suggest using supports but some slicers may have trouble making them when walls are thin, Cura 2.1.1 doesn't have this problem. How I Designed This My first model made with Tinkercad (www.tinkercad.com) is a simple one, it doesn't have big functionality but is easy to learn and start making.
