Fiio BTR7 Clip Case

This model adds a printable shirt or belt clip for the Fiio BTR7 that allows one to wear the little bluetooth DAC that could clipped to your shirt or belt like the BTR5's included case can. The leatherette case that comes with the BTR7 is fancy, but… can it clip to your belt? Clip Type 1 prints all at once with no supports. It's designed to be printed with a 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzle. It should be printed with at least 3 perimeters for a solid print. The built in clip is more suitable for belt wear, but due to the layer line orientation the clip is weaker than it needs to be. Clip Type 2 prints in two pieces and is designed to be a friction fit together. By orienting the clip separately from the case the layer lines allow for a stronger and thinner clip. It's designed to be printed with a 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzle and no supports. It should be printed with at least 3 perimeters for a solid print. This type is available in a thinner and more flexible clip version, or a thicker and more robust clip. Clip Type 3  takes the type 2 model and flips it so the BTR7 is upside down in the case, allowing the headphone jacks to come out the bottom of the case instead of the top, more convenient for shirt collar wear.
