Fiido D2 D2S Battery adapter for removable battery electric bike

Hi, I have created an adapter for Fiido electric bike D2 D2S I called it universal, because you have to drill a 12mm hole, where the charging port is. Why? Becuase i think Fiido is manually drilling that hole, so is not in the same position. You will need 2 M2 screw, one 6mm long one 8mm long and some duct tape. Is recommended to put some XT60 connector between battery and main connector with the controoller, and some Xt30 for charging port and maybe shorten the wires You have to print the adapter + Hinge + some charing port dummies to cover the charging port and also keep the battery inside the frame, once the bike is folded Update 19-may A new and last update about removable battery. As you know, ive been working for an adapter for removable battery sincer 9 months now. Encountered many issues, especially the fact that Fiido is not using good tools, so each bike is different. I came to an end. I decide not to invest any more time in developing this adapter.I had enough 🙂 So, the latest issue that we have,is that there isnt enough room to put the battery + tape that we need, to remove the battery.Mainly, when we put the tape, the battery doesnt come easily out. You need to force it and that can cause the adapter to break.I changed the adapter, moving the hole, further down. Also, increase the infill, bascially print with 80-90%infill. I recommend to use Kapton tape. Is a tape, that is strong and thin. 0.03mm. If with that, you will still have issues described above, i dont knwo what else we can try.
